Will I Find Highly Skilled Specialists on VIOS?

Yes you will.

Our intensive onboarding process requires a strict background check, credential verification and comprehensive interview process to make sure the provider is motivated for value-based interactions with you.

Do you Accept Health Insurance?

Unfortunately we do not process health insurance, at VIOS we believe a direct pay option gives you greater freedom in choosing your own provider, at your own convenient time.

Direct Pay helps you avoid unnecessary delays with prior authorization, coverage issues and other hassles involved in managed care.

With our premium care experience, you have a better option at a more personalised virtual care experience with your chosen provider.

How Do I pay on VIOS?

We accept all forms of international online  payment options supported by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and yes, even Apple Pay!

Our core objective of seamless virtual care access relies on providing you a comfortable patient-centered experience, even when purchasing your priority booking. You will receive a booking and payment confirmation in your email.

Can I make a Telemedicine Appointment for someone else, in another country?

Absolutely.

You can easily make a booking and complete the online payment for a family member who may be based in another country.

Just visit the online clinic page, select the specialist and view their availability.

Important note:

The Doctor’s timing is synced to your timezone as you are viewing it. Make sure that the person whom you are making an appointment for is also available at that time, from their timezone.

Eg. If you are based in Spain, and you want to make a specialist appointment for a family member based in Canada with Specialist from America*, you need to keep in mind the different timezones involved, so you should make an appointment based on the patient’s timezone.

*For regulatory reasons, US-based users are not permitted to procure Telemedicine appointments with US-based VIOS Providers from the VIOS platform. Providers based overseas may be a suitable option for your health needs.

Is There an Easier Way to Make a Telmedicine Appointment from Different Timezones?

Actually yes.

To keep the process simple, we suggest you share the clinic page to your family member and suggest how to select the provider and their appointment schedule, or if it is possible, you can guide your family member (the actual patient) through a Zoom screen share to make sure they selected the right Specialist and completed the payment process correctly.

We understand that digital health may seem challenging to some people, hopefully these methods will help create an easy process to book online.

Has Anyone Ever Booked a Telemedicine Appointment from overseas, for a Patient based in another country?

As a matter of fact, two of our recent international customers have procured a telemedicine appointment for their family members who were also based in another country.

Although we cannot discuss the private details of their health issues, David and Christopher were kind enough to send us a video testimonial of their experiences with our platform.

Click on their videos below to see their user testimonials.

This was an amazing real-life example of Global Digital Health.

The Doctor, the booking Client, the Patient and the Platform were all based in different countries!

…but united with a robust secure digital health platform.

The time zone can get confusing for some people. I like the second process better though. If I stay on video calls and direct the patient to make their own appointments, will it be more troublesome? Or, should I just do it myself?
The article is well written. I’m looking forward to using the services provided by VIOS soon for my family members.
